TY 2016 Launch Fire Safety Campaign

Our TY class (4B) have begun our Fire Safety campaign as part of our Young Social Innovators project. We decided to pick this topic as we felt it was lacking notice in our local community and we believe we can help raise awareness about the importance of Fire Safety. Our slogan for the year ahead is "Beat the flame, that's our aim!" which as a class we decided fitted the project best.

We have appointed two trust worthy leaders for the project, Killian Meade and Mikey Duggan. Currently, we are running a poster competition for our first year and second year students, which we hope will encourage more interest in this project. All support of our fire safety campaign would be greatly appreciated throughout the year.
