USED CLOTHES COLLECTION MARCH 22ND 2022
Scoil Pol Kilfinane are raising money through a clothing reuse scheme. We need your unwanted clothes! The more bags we collect the more money we raise for our School Arena Development, so please fill as many bin bags as you can!
Anti-Bullying & Online Safety - A Parent's Guide to TikTok
DCU Anti-Bullying Centre and TikTok invite you to attend a free parents webinar entitled "Anti-Bullying & Online Safety - A Parent's Guide to TikTok" on Tuesday 15th February at 7.00 pm.
Cardiac Screening Day 2022
Scoil Pól Kilfinane, are delighted to host heart screening days in the school on the 15th and 16th March 2022, in association with Advanced Medical Services. Heart Screening will be available to anyone over the age of 12.
BT YOUNG SCIENTIST SUCCESS 2022
Scoil Pól have done exceptionally well in this years BT Young Scientist event. This was the school’s first year entering the competition - to have simply qualified was a huge achievement with over 2,700 entries received and only 550 projects being shortlisted to the final stage. Ms O’Connor, Ms. Kelly and Ms. Garvey worked tirelessly with their groups since September and were up against tough competition with 219 schools from 29 counties competing.
BT YOUNG SCIENTIST 2022 
Scoil Pól have done exceptionally well in qualifying to the BT Young Scientist this year. We have been successful in getting four projects accepted. We are extremely proud of the students and teachers who despite the pandemic have worked extremely hard to get through to the virtual show.
Free Parents Anti-Bullying Webinar
I am delighted to announce that the Dublin City University Anti-Bullying Centre FUSE team will be hosting a FREE parents webinar for all FUSE participating schools.
This will take place on Tuesday, December 14th from 7 pm to 8 pm.
