What is Rugby?

Rugby is a fast-paced, physical and highly skilful team sport that promotes teamwork, discipline and respect both on and off the field. Played between two teams of fifteen players, the aim of the game is to score tries by grounding the ball over the opponent’s try line or kicking points through the posts. Rugby encourages players to develop strength, agility, communication and leadership while working together towards a common goal.
